Dear Quality Club Member,
Due to the continuing changing times, we are updating our Club Membership. We are doing everything we can to provide the best service possible and continue making our Club Membership a great value to you. In order to continue offering our Club Membership, we have made the following changes:
- As a Club Member, you are responsible for scheduling all tune-up appointments. We send reminders by text message and email, but you will need to schedule an appointment by calling our office or via our outline calendar. We do not offer a refund of any kind if you miss a cleaning. Please contact us with any updates to your contact information.
- You are responsible for changing air filters between tune-ups. Any heavy cleanings resulting from extensive dirty filter use will be in addition to your tune-up and are not covered as part of your regular maintenance service. Air filters are not provided for free under Club Membership, but we continue to offer then at a steep discount to all Club Members.
- A homeowner must always be present for service. We are no longer offering new stand-in authorization for non-homeowners. Existing stand-in persons will still be honored.
- Changes to your credit/debit card or bank account must be made with us before the 15th of the month. This includes new expiration dates and new card numbers. We cannot remind you in advance, and it's your responsibility to call us with updates. If your payment is declined, an automatic $15 declined payment fee will be applied to your account.
- Free emergency service calls for same day service include no heat and no cooling situations, severe water leaks, gas/oil leaks, and constant loud noises. All other issues may be schedule during regular business hours at a later date. Free emergency service includes diagnosis only and does not include any repairs or services.
